Todays Tip # 1 - Listen to your Body

Listen to your body. This step is really REALLY important. Aches and pains. weight issues, digestive disturbances, headaches, skin disorders, fatigue, inability to sleep deeply, shortness of breath, dizziness, depression are just a few of the ways your body communicates that it is in need of attention. Please take the time to "listen", learn and document when you are not feeling well. This is one of the first steps in R.E.P.A - Review. You need to take inventory to see where you are at. Make the commitment to self. Take control and responsibility for your body.
